Sounds to me like your both describing actualizing the present. Being in the here and now, as aware as possible. No past or future. No shopping list or parking lots. No anything except this. And not even thinking about “this’ because I’ve become so good at it I don’t have to. Just humming, rapt absorption.

The “better than sex” comparison is often attached to skydiving. The consensus among jumpers is, if your freefall is better than sex, you are probably not doing either correctly.
