I’m not in the mood for a Christmas feast, so I’m borrowing Chinese food appreciation day from my Jewish and Asian neighbors. Picked up fried rice and pot stickers already, which keep and reheat well, so I don’t have to go to a Chinese restaurant — they’re always packed.
