Today’s ride: 45.2 miles. South on the bike path to Redondo Beach Pier, then up to Catalina, south through Torrance and up that little hill to Palos Verdes Drive and Malaga Cove, then up around the PV Country Club counterclockwise, pushing pretty hard on the climb. Then a speedy descent down PV Drive North (36+ mph) into the turnoff at Via Capay, through that fast little S-turn up to Via Anita, back to the Torrance Beach bike path. A mean, racist 12mph cross/headwind on the way back north kept things interesting.
