Stupid right wing fools really think that the former staffer that alleged Trump kissed her against her wishes being black somehow proves he’s not racist. There’s a lot of stupid thinking about race out there.

So many guitarists attempt to play Hendrix, and end up embarrassing themselves. And ‘Little Wing’ is the Jimi song that gets butchered most often.

Gales doesn’t have to worry about that. Next level, indeed.

That version of Little Wing was certainly a journey.

Just think what he could do if he turned the guitar right side up!

I knew a guy that played upside down, normal stringing (like Gales) and used the tip of his index finger for picking. He was lighting fast too. I couldn’t watch too closely as it confused me. I don’t know how he did it.

I got my short-lived record deal with a guitarist who played upside-down on a right-handed guitar. It was fascinating to watch. Because of how he approached bending strings, he did things while soloing that us righties couldn’t do.

And the weird thing is that I’m left-handed at everything - except playing guitar.

One of the guys I used to play with a lot was left handed but played guitar right handed like you. He picked it up that way because the guitars available to him when younger were all right-handed.

The guy that played upside down used to pick up his brother’s right-handed guitars and learned on them. But he was determined to pick with his left hand and chord with the right. Figured it all out.

Same here. My dad, brother and three uncles all played rightie. I just figured that was how it was done.

Are Michael Tracey and Aaron Mate illiterate or is it an act? I mean that seriously.

I think Bros like Tracey scoff at the Russia investigation because they know that Putin’s played them too.

Good.

It’ll be years, if ever, before Trump pays anything; you know he’s going to pull the “sovereign immunity” card as long as he’s POTUS.

It’s a lot easier to accumulate wealth if you refuse to pay for your purchases or obligations.

Yeah, but his business, Trump Organization is not being run by the president, so they claim. Meaning Trump Organization can’t argue sovereign immunity.

Also doesn’t mean he’ll succeed. And if he does, that ruling can be used here in lawsuits like the one against his DC hotel.

Remember this, he’s an attorney - whatever decision he makes, you’re supposed to rely on your attorney to make a decision. … It’s also called reliance.”

THAT IS NOT HOW THE ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP WORKS

An attorney’s job is to give you advice, particularly with respect to the legality and/or lawfulness of certain actions. The attorney does not make major decisions like that. Clients have the ultimate say on things like settlements and payments. An attorney CANNOT settle a client’s case without the client’s consent. Attorneys make decisions like “we need to file a complaint” or “we should handle this in private mediation or arbitration” or “this is the discovery we need”. They will give advice on what they think the value of a case is, but if a client wants to accept less or demand more… the attorney has to abide by that decision.
