Sounds like maybe two jurors are being excused - #4 may have been arrested for tearing down political signs in the past.

As for the seven additional violations of the gag order in the last two days, Trump’s lawyers say they were ‘political speech’ - I’m not sure how posting an attack on a witness (albeit on a campaign website) skirts that issue…nor do I see how spreading conspiracy theories about jury integrity does either. But IANAL.

Prosecutors are the ones who did the research and came up with a possible match with various criminal acts by someone with the same name, including tearing down political signs, and a possible deferred prosecution deal, as well as a possible corruption case. Defense agreed that this person might not be a good juror.

There’s already a hearing scheduled to deal with Trump’s incessant violations of the gag order, and he should get slapped with sanctions. He is not above the law, and the judge should hold him to the same standard as every other defendant in the NYS criminal justice system who violates gag orders - plural. He keeps violating them, and should end up in jail for his misconduct.
