re: #4 Backwoods Sleuth

Businesses have an expectation that financial documents that are produced are reasonably reliable. Financial companies and fiduciaries are held to higher standards. Those who sign off on business documents are supposed to be accountable for malfeasance relating to the documents they’ve signed. That means, if you’re inflating the values of assets and lying about it or completely fabricating information as Trump repeatedly does, no one can rely on them in the ordinary course of business.

Trump thinks that these business records shouldn’t be reliable in anyone’s business? Nope - just his.

And that’s not how any of this works.
