I don’t trust white people as one of them, and don’t think anyone should unless you know the person and know they’re OK. As a group, white people are fucked up.

It’s a freaking SURVIVAL mechanism.

Black people (and other non-white folks) know damn well most white people are OK. But there are those who aren’t—-and it’s not always easy to tell which from which.

On the other hand, maybe Adams is making it easy….
