How in the hell does he still have a passport?

If it was common for presidents to be so outrageously criminal our system would be better prepared to handle him. As it is, you need law enforcement and the judiciary to work together to properly contain someone, and even the good ones in those groups aren’t sure how to properly handle the situation.
