I was at a party yesterday talking with a group of people and the discussion turned to politics.

One guy (a friend of a friend) said he didn’t like Trump much but would probably vote for him anyway because economy.

I asked if the guy was aware of all the crazy shit Trump says he’ll do if he wins and the guy was like “Oh, I don’t think any of that will happen if he wins. It’s just the media playing stuff up to scare people.”

I repeated it was TRUMP himself who had said these things. On camera.

His response: “The guy lies all the time anyway. Same as any politician. I’m telling you, it won’t be that bad if he gets re-elected.”

I removed myself from the discussion at that point.
