Scaramucci said something the other day, something to the effect that once Trump’s gone, we’re going to have to figure out a way to do something akin to a cult de-programming on about half the country.

And you know what? He’s right. We’re gonna have to find some way to de-program at least 40% of the population and that’s no easy task, because they’ve been fed a steady diet of vitriol, hatred, jingoism and xenophobia (topped with apocalyptic nightmare fuel) for the better part of a quarter century (longer if we go back to the John Birch Society and its activities dating back to the 1950s).

We’ve got one hell of a mess on our hands.
