The stakes are a lot higher, but this reminds of the aura reader who tried to sue me for calling her a quack in print. The judge threw it out on the grounds that she was, well, a quack. The language was a big more formal but that was the gist of it.

Did you have to pay a lawyer to defend you? Jeesh!
