One more time, Mike. Undocumented people are here to work or take refuge; they’re not going to take the risk of voting illegally, because there’s a huge imbalance in the gigantic risk and the nonexistent reward.

If I lived in a foreign country, the last thing that would ever cross my mind is voting in their elections.
