I love it when hot blonde Eastern European women talk dirty science to me while sprawled out on their beds ...

I love her videos.

The most thorough self-contained explanation of evolutionary theory and debunking of creationism in 10 minutes (or any number of minutes for that matter) that I've ever seen. If anybody comes away from this still denying evolution they are hypocritical, evil, unethical, dishonest, cowardly, inconsequential fools. The most amazing thing is how she is able to explain such a controversial subject using a non-native language better than any native English speaker has ever done. Bravo! (She looks a bit like my sister so you guys knock off the sexist jokes, okay?)

Is your sister single?

Still want her for Anti-Idiotarian of the Year.

I want her to bear my children.

Wait...did I think that, or did I type that?

That's really rich when Ray Comfort says, "..a fairytale for grown-ups," given that he's a fundamentalist Christian. What did Jesus say about evolution? Did he deny it too?

Cute, clever girl debunking bad science = win.

re: #11 barere

actually, my comment is more accurate if you replace the phrase "bad science" with "non science".

13 Decatur Deb  Sat, Jan 30, 2010 5:22:16pm

I'm disappointed. She didn't say "booolsheet".

The key to fighting back against these Dark Ages types is not to hit them with all the evidence in favor of evolution. The key is to highlight their moral and ethical emptiness. They are LIARS. They knowingly and enthusiastically violate the commandment about bearing false witness, often several times in the same sentence. And these are the folks who want to post the Ten Commandments in schools and present themselves as the last bastion of morality in America.

Okay, here's the deal. I am mad over Criss. I've watched most of her videos. She is one bright and with it young woman. If I was only 20 years younger and 30% better looking, I'd go off on a trek to find her.

How do you know she doesn't prefer older, less good looking persons? Go!

What a wonderful young lady with an equally beautiful intelligence!

Denying evolution while being a product of it is somewhat puzzling but it is part of our superstitious human nature... knock on wood! (Our brain makes us do it!) Maybe it's like double thinking, like for those living in a religious dictatorship, struggling between religious authorities and common sense and the need for freedom. Believing in evolution is like accepting we are all alone after all. Many religious minds, not all, rebel against the logic of evolution yet they enjoy the fruits of hard facts and science discoveries improving human life conditions.

Clearly a lady from the upper echelons of IQ. A really talented girl who knows a lot about the subject. Now I hope the next video is taken somewhere else. It seems she never leaves the confines of her bedroom. It would be nice to see her doing a presentation from museums and such.

Just one minor mistake She missed the mark on the fusing of primate chromosomes, saying it's the "nail in the coffin, proving common decent." I think that's a mistake in translation. I know what she meant, but it would have been the nail in the coffin of creationism.

Why Is Everyone Interested In Trying Out Evolution With This Young Woman? This seems to me evidence that some things DON'T evolve that fast.

If you are too dense to see or accept the Bible in any sense but the literal and so dense that you need an interventionist God who micromanages every molecule in the universe, they you must reject Evolution and invent stories about how it is all a fiction made up by bitter, cynical people.

24 Kobyashi Maru  Sun, Jan 31, 2010 11:12:16am

Is she 35 and a natural born citizen (probably born in Hawaii, not part of the US unfortunately, lol) She need to run for president, I'd vote for her--she boils down a very complex subject into something even a dumb Florida Gator like me understands....

She is Romanian. The point is not boiling things down, there are people who are not about to be swayed by any facts that contradict their preconceived notion.

Like the racist Justice of the Peace in Louisiana who would not grant interracial marriage licences because the children of such offspring might be subject to "discrimination".

This in a country where a man of mixed race was just elected president.

Fact are irrelevant to such people.

Anyone that doesn't believe in evolution should be tarred and feathered, placed in the stocks, burned at the stake, dropped in a pool of water with weights to see if they float, burned at the stake again, talked mean to, etc.

What an enlightening video for the proof of evolution. Those salamanders are just ready to become a different species and the finches on the Galapagos Islands are almost there, except darn those little birds, they can still interbreed. I guess the proof for evolution is that with enough time natural selection always works--thank God, er I mean praise Darwin!

What a shock. A climate change denier who's also a creationist.

And of course, the response is insults. Bye now! Have fun at some other blog where they'll cater to your Dark Ages garbage.
