Kind of like with the Derek Chauvin sentencing, honestly, any indictments are better than none. I’m not holding out hope for anything earth-shattering that will destroy the organization outright, but there’s the potential for a cascading effect if it’s serious enough for investors to get spooked.

What I read today was that the indictment itself would destroy the organization. That lenders would call loans, refuse funding, and it would bankrupt an organization built on credit.

I saw the same headlines, and I’m skeptical. COULD it happen, yes. It COULD also happen that Donald Trump drops dead of a McDonald’s-fueled heart attack tomorrow. I’m not betting on either.

Happens once in a while, usually after going from one tab to another the page will reload (might be a safari on iPad issue), and mostly when there are a lot of messages in the thread, I will get that message. If that makes sense.

Man. We’re under an severe thunder storm warning and it’s pretty scary out there. We’re expecting winds up to 60 mph for about the next half hour or so. Pray for our roof and chimney. And Cleo, who is totally freaking out. She hates storms, a lot. This storm came up quickly and it’s supposed to leave quickly too. Hopefully we’ll be through it soon.
