I’m not sure if this was posted yet, I didn’t notice it. This is from the same guy that did the video series on the Alt-Right Playbook and it’s more of an in depth look at the connections between the GamerGate fiasco and the rise of the Alt-Right.
There’s also a really good explanation of how these people are saying horrible racist and sexist things out loud blatantly through memes that “normies” don’t understand, and how the media is way behind on keeping up with this kind of thing.
There’s one very important take away from it: You can’t argue with these people. We can’t wait for them to get on-board with changing things for the better, just do it around them, and eventually many go along with it because they want to be the “in group” and not “the Other”.
