Guardian Whitewashes Hamas

In the entry below this one, I wrote that the Guardian newspaper, Britain’s premier mouthpiece for the wacked-out socialist, anti-Israel and anti-American left, has very little (read: no) credibility around these parts.

Here’s why: a Bizarro-world antisemitic rant by Conal Urquhart disguised as a news story, with the insanely backwards title Israeli assassins kill hopes of peace for Palestinians.

‘There are two wings in Hamas. The first believes the only language the Israelis understand is the language of blood. [Editor’s note: try not to drool with pleasure so much when you write, Conal.] The second was led by Abu Shenab and it believed in the possibilities of dialogue and negotiation. Now the second group is silenced and the extreme line has been vindicated by Israel’s actions.’

There are no words to describe the foulness of this story, in which Israel can do no right and the Palestinians can do no wrong.
