Was the ad misogynist? I think you can make a strong case.
Racist? Only if you don’t really understand the nuances and specifics of racism in America. The ad was made by a black rapper who used his friends/bandmates in the lineup. The clear satirical implication is that white cops have historically tried to pin crimes on blacks, even when they don’t fit the alleged perp’s physical identification. The fact that the real culprit is a goat (thus looking even less like all the black guys in the lineup) just makes the point in a more blunt, and to some, funny way.
