It is Christie’s burden, like Romney before him, to try to secure the presidential nomination from a party dominated by deeply disturbed individuals like this one. Whether he can do so and emerge from the nominating process electable remains to be seen.

That site needs a renaming. I believe “The American Hater” would serve it well.

Yeah banning therapy that torments young GLBT kids is just like Saudi Arabia. This is your party though Christie and these are the kind of people you’re going to have to convince to vote for you for president. Good riddance to that and your party.

Even if Christie emerges as the GOP nominee after confronting and containing the so-con madness of the GOP, which would be a significant positive development, there is still no way I’d vote for him.

GOP economic orthodoxy (i.e., tax cuts for the rich and nothing else) is also a show stopper for me.
