The Rights outlined by the US Constitution do not confer an obligation on anyone else, other than not interfering with said Right. You may have a Right to free speech, but I don’t have to buy you a bull horn.

Most of the other “rights” many would like to have, like health care, housing, et al incur an obligation on someone else to provide them. (doctors, home builders) and obligates the taxpayer to pay for these “rights”…
