Yes, of course they are.

In almost every country I hyve visited in Europe I had a sense of “I could happily live here if I could get established”. But never Finland.

I even have a close expat buddy who relocated there, and I enjoy visiting and would happily own a cabin out on an island in a lake to go stay for a couple of weeks a year but I could never, ever picture myself living there.
