I listened to it again and she’s a pro. Most normal people have verbal crutches ( Um, er, like, dude, man, etc). Not only did she give a 10 minute rant which most people can’t do, she has no verbal crutches and she didn’t even check after five minutes to see if Rush was still listening or if he hung up on her. It was a planted call and she’s probably a radio host herself.
