Interesting. Any idea on how it does on vine type veggies like Tomatoes and Cucumbers? Link forwarded to my Wife for info.

For tight space it is probably good for herbs, and the like. Small plants. However tomatoes and cucumbers need tons of water and more, and they grow big. Chances are you would miss one watering day and lose the lot.

There are upside down tomato grow pots, like a 5 gallon bucket with a small hole in the bottom, but even these lose water through the hole and won’t give you a good crop.
