In my continuing background research for a fabled Page someday about the whole Ehrman Did Jesus Exist? brouhaha, I’ve come across an interview with Bishop John Spong, who (is well known as) being a rather “progressive” Christian, in which he touches on many subjects (as the interviewer is fishing for data on answering the “historical Jesus” problem and its fall-out).
