Got it. Would be eligible is the operable phase. So far, it’s just speculation, it’s not now in the bill, and you guys need to make sure it’s not added.

PLEASE…it is in there, see my 1079, or better yet, search housing in the bill and go to page 221. It is plain as day, ALL entities that received money last year will get money this year WITHOUT applying for it.
