I agree women’s sizes are ridiculous, but then I’ve always been large. Never smaller than a 10.

Super-expensive designer clothes are cut large in order to flatter the wealthy women who buy them. A size 4 $10,000 designer gown could be the same dimensions as a 14 from Wal Mart.
