Well, yes. It is my theory that:
Rush and the President are not only secret friends, but that they — along with Pelosi and Palin (who are also in Hawaii) are meeting in secret at the hospital Rush is now in and where our President was born, to forage (correct spelling) a comprehensive and inclusive new tax.
