What a genius. Does he think the military should be included?

Or members of the house and senate? Police and firefighters? Municipal, county, and state employees? People that work for employers that get compensation/tax breaks for hiringsaid people? Any company that gets subsidies from the government (agra, petroleum, etc)? This could involve many people.
