Pretty sure he’s got an alternative plan, then. Build hotels in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and the Vietnamese Riviera at China Beach. It could take him years to get it done.

Honestly, if they want to keep him, I am 110% okay with that. He can luxuriate on a Vietnamese beach for the rest of his life, if it gets me my goddamn country back. Though I would also not be disappointed if he “disappeared” into a Vietnamese prison hole.
