there is a female cardinal outside our sliding glass doors that’s been trying to get in all morning

not flying into the glass and falling to the ground dazed

from the ground
poking at the glass
fluttering up and down about two feet
then hanging on the screen

i dont think it’s trying to make nice with Squeak
