This is why I buy all my red meat and poultry from the kosher butcher. And Hebrew National are my only hot dogs.
I’m not kosher, I’ll bring that ground beef home and make cheeseburgers with it. But still. I also, when possible, aim for grass-fed beef and free-range chicken.
My meat grinder arrived yesterday and I plan on making my own ground meats here in the near future. Beef, pork and yes, buffalo/Bison is readily available in my area.
