Can any of the various religious freedom laws be turned on their head by a non-Christian woman claiming a religious right to get an abortion?

Though I expect that even if they could win such a case there would not be ready access to a clinic or doctor and hospital to get the procedure done.

A lawsuit has been filed by a Jewish group, I think a synagogue, stating exactly that.
