Sexism is saying that a woman isn’t qualified to do the job because she is a woman regardless of the capabilities she has exhibited that demonstrate she is as qualified as any man. A picture is not sexist unless it is highlighting a woman’s gender identifying features in a sexually objectifying manner. This photo does neither.

I dont know about that. No matter if we like it or not, looks matter more when it is a woman. This photo takes an attractive woman and shows her at her worst. But this applies to men too. I dont like it when they use photos of Obama looking skyward (in some candid shot) and make it look like he has his nose up in the air and is being “uppity”

Same principle at work here.
