I gather no one has pointed out that the real question isn’t “Was Kavanaugh a drunken jerk in HS and college?” It is “Are you lying about not being a drunken jerk?” The GOP has gone on about this all being so long ago, but that really isn’t what would disqualify him
(along with apparently lacking judicial temperament,) it’s a lack of repentance.

And all of it has totally obscured the extremely shady financial bullshit, his horrible stances in multiple court cases, his lying about many things, the hiding of his records and on and on. He’s not just a lying drunken jerk, he’s a really awful judge.
