I modestly propose that once a vaccine is available, people who refuse to take it be denied medical care when they contract covid19. Won’t happen, obviously.

If a doctor has to choose between a patient with pneumonia and a person who didn’t get vaccinated for Covid-19 but could have, the doctor must choose the pheumonia patient.
