White cop killing an unarmed black kid by emptying his gun into him? No indictment, almost $1 million in donations from supporters, and the inevitable Fox News gig.

Seems legit.

I have to say I don’t think race is a major factor here. Rather, the difference between the two is that the former actually had his department recommend to McCulloch that charges be filed. So it would seem that, in this case, this poor fucker happened to fall on the wrong side of the thin blue line.
