TMZ lives. No one messes with TMZ.

Gawker/HuffPo etc. are all NYC based, so they’re probably affected by flooding and/or the power issues around One57 (shutting power to avoid problems should crane collapse to pavement).

Kos was up for the moment, but they’re also NYC based.

I’d have sworn Kos was in San Francisco…
