Who’s the target audience? American Jews? Aren’t they as educated as the Israelis?

I just cannot fathom what this asshole was trying to do with his article since he seems to have his audience mis-cast.

The Jerusalem Post’s target audience is the English speaking population in Israel. That is why most Hebrew speaking Israelis don’t read it on a regular basis. Most American Jews who read it picked up the habit when they were in Israel.
