Mistrial is his best defensive option at this point. Jury has been set. Just need to trigger the right clusterfuck and double-jeopardy saves the day. Fox is trying to help him and a national media company has a lot of people on its staff that can investigate jurors and find or manufacture dirt on them.

Unless they cross the line into criminal jury tampering and intimidation.
