Exit polls not that favorable for Trump.

Only 5% were registered Democrats and 27% were Independents (likely Republican-leaning). He only won 73% of the Registered Republicans. And 26% of those registered Republican voted against Trump. And 24% of white evangelicals voted against Trump. 79% called themselves conservative. Only 3% said liberal.

So, yeah, some democrats likely voted agist Trump. But a large perecentage of Republicans also voted against Trump.

The GOP race moves to Michigan Tuesday, where the latest poll gives Trump a sixty point lead over Haley. The race will effectively end on Super Tuesday, March 5. We’ll see if Haley drops out and endorses Trump before his criminal trial begins in Manhattan on March 25.
