The defense attorneys are pushing the sovereign citizen BS arguments. Wont get them off, but it will piss off the courts and possibly tie things up in court proceedings for longer.

Yet, there’s no chance that these guys will be released anytime soon. I understand that there might be a hearing on that coming up, but the earliest the judge said that would be entertained is once all suspects at the refuge are in custody.

I kind of read the judge like this…

Nothing will happen until everyone is gone from the refuge.

Oh, they’re gone? Good.

No bail as they are all flight risks.
