Wow. So now we have a Justice Department which supports discrimination. This is outrageous. Now it’s trangender people. Who’s next?

Get ready for an outrageously, “makes everyone dumber” argument like “This isn’t discrimination based on sex because they’ve chosen to forego their biological gender.” It will be similar to the “Homosexuals aren’t being discriminated against…they can marry anyone of the opposite sex they choose, just like everyone else.”
