Rush set killing.
We know that the existing prop gun protocols/rules were broken. Obey those rules and we can have gunfire, heist films, done on film, with practical effects, safely. Adding more rules won’t help those that break them. The answer here is strict enforcement of the rules. A set can be a very hazardous place. Even if they ban real guns, we will still have all the stunts. Fights. Car chases. Lots of electricity and a rainy scene.
