More than that, we can’t compromise the First Amendment out of fear of violence. If we establish that you can’t burn a Koran because Afghanis will riot, does that mean you CAN burn a Bible…until a significant number of Christians somewhere riot? If I kill enough people in response to Stormfront’s site, can I get them shut down?

We can’t establish a system whereby you can exempt your group from being the legal target of hate speech by killing a bunch of people. It’s not fair to the Jains.
