It turns out Davis was involved in the 1/6 armed insurrection. That may be one of the reasons his clients booted him from the case. But now, Davis is seeking legal fees from his clients he represented “pro bono”.

So, not only should Davis face criminal charges from the insurrection activities, but prosecutors should be looking into his “legal practice” and state authorities move to disbar. Everything this guy is doing is in violation of Code of Professional Responsibility.

And it gets worse from there. This case is a procedural nightmare since none of the rules were followed.
