This only works with hot fries. Eating them in the store is best.
Ask for another bag. Because you are trying to lose the oil.
Take all the fries and put them in there.
Then do as I said.
If they did not undercook the fries it will crisp them up nicely.
The 5 Guys I visited here on the east coast, it works.
Not undercooked fries, but the 5 guys I visited never undercooked them.
