Which is a sad statement about the people going to CPAC. Newt’s an ignorant gasbag. What the hell could he teach anyone except how to be an ignorant gasbag?

He’s actually better than average as a political tactician and he is very good at teaching the tactics he has mastered.

I wouldn’t want Newt as president, but as an instructor of new GOP legislators he has strong value.
