Were UPS and Fedex drivers allowed into the refuge to deliver all the packages of dildos and report back to the FBI & local law enforcement, or did the “militants” drive into town to pick up their dildo donations?

Hell it could have even been FBI agents in UPS and Fedex uniforms.
