Yes they are scary if you never had one before.

They stopped when Dr. put me on beta-blockers.

I had my first one three years ago on the sideline of a Houston Texans game that I was shooting. It looked like I was walking through a flashing tunnel that got bigger and bigger and then it just went away. No pain or anything, but it freaked me the fuck out.
