I don’t think she was full of shit. I think he fully intended on testifying, probably until he learned Letitia James would get a chance to cross-examine him and that it wouldn’t just be a free publicity/campaign event for him.

When I heard he wasn’t going to testify, my first thought was that his lawyers told him not to. Because let’s face it, no lawyer in the US would want to let this jackass get on the stand. But then I thought, when has he ever paid attention to his lawyers’ advice?

More likely he’s scared of Letitia James.
