I’m starting to buy into the Mayan thing.

Last night I was driving in a torrential downpour (with the bonus of lightning and thunder and thick, thick fog).

I hit several spots in the road where the water was 6 or more inches deep. Not visible until I hit the spots.

Then I saw frogs. Hundreds (maybe thousands, there were a bunch) of frogs hopping across the road for ten miles. Several field mice scurrying across the road.

I’ve driven 60-70 thousand miles a year for over 20 years.

That was a first.
